Many of our suppliers are family businesses going back generations and we work with the most skilled craftsmen using local materials wherever possible. Meet The Team
Nick Scott
Managing Director
Nick has 20 years experience in property delivering residential and mixed use schemes across London and the South East. Before joining Selbourne Estates, in 2009 he co-founded Capitalise Assets which acquired, obtained planning, and delivered in excess of £80m of real estate within a ten year period. Working with major financial institutions, private offices and high net worth individuals this background has given Nick a solid understanding of the core principles of development – from assessing planning risk through to financial modelling and delivery.
He takes responsibility for coordinating all the disciplines required to turn a vision into a luxury home.

George Cowdry
Construction Director
George brings a natural structure, discipline and eye for detail to all our projects. Having completed an initial career in the Army, George gained exceptional experience working as a project manager across complex projects in London and Surrey. By 2018 he was Head of Build for a large contractor overseeing in excess of 20 high end residential projects at any one time.
His experience and skill means he is able to lead the teams required on site to deliver precise buildings that contain complex and intricate detailing.
Georgie Scott
Design Director
Georgie has over 15 years experience running large, high-end residential design projects from concept through to completion. Whilst holding senior positions at Taylor Howes and Louise Bradley she worked across a broad spectrum of projects in the UK and Europe with clients ranging from FTSE 100 developers the Berkeley Group in London to ultra high net worth individuals in Verbier.
She leads the creative vision of Selbourne and her passion, along with her contact list of suppliers and artisan craftsmen, ensures the quality of our work.
Mark Bellinger
Director
Mark has 25 years experience working at Board level for property companies. He was previously a Land Director for The Berkeley Group and in 2009 formed Capitalise Assets with Nick overseeing all planning, technical and legal aspects of the business. A role which he continues at Selbourne. Mark has a BSc in Estate Management and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
